Cookie Notice

Last updated 25 October 2026

01In short

Noliser uses cookies and similar technologies in two ways. Some are needed for Noliser to work, such as keeping you signed in, holding a booking time and taking payments safely; these are always on. Others run only if you accept them in our cookie banner: remembering your details for your next booking, measuring how Noliser is used, including session recordings, and remembering which referral partner's link brought you to Noliser. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings, linked at the bottom of every page.

02Categories

CategoryWhat it coversDefault
NecessarySigning in, security, booking holds, payments, language and interface preferences, and remembering your cookie choiceAlways on
FunctionalityRemembering your details on booking pages to fill in your next bookingOff until you accept
MeasurementLinking your usage inside Noliser to your account, and session recordingsOff until you accept
MarketingRemembering which referral partner's link brought you to Noliser, so their code is filled in when you sign upOff until you accept

We use no advertising cookies. Our only Marketing cookie remembers a referral partner's code (section 4). If we add tools such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels, they will run only after you accept Marketing, and we will list them here before they run.

We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask again.

04Cookies we set (Marketing)

CookieWhat it doesHow long it lasts
nl_refRemembers the code of the referral partner whose link you followed, so it is filled in if you create a Noliser account30 days

The `nl_ref` cookie is set only if you accept Marketing cookies. Without it, the partner's code stays in the address of the pages you visit until you leave the site, and you can always type it when you sign up.

05Cookies set by others (Necessary)

ProviderCookiesWhat they doHow long they last
Stripe__stripe_mid, __stripe_sidPrevent fraud on checkout and payment link pages, as part of taking a card payment safely1 year; 30 minutes

Stripe sets these under its own cookie policy. If you choose Sign in with Google, you go to Google, which uses its own cookies under its own policy; we don't set or read them.

06Other storage on your device

WhatCategory and purposeHow long
Remembered booking details (noliser:customer:…)Functionality. Your name, email address and phone number from your last paid booking with a business, to fill in your next booking with it. Saved only if you accept FunctionalityUntil you withdraw consent or clear your browser storage
Interface preferences in NoliserNecessary. The calendar and availability views, list columns, theme and dismissed notices you choseUntil you clear your browser storage

These are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us, except your details when you submit a booking.

07Similar technologies

7.1 Bot checks (Necessary). On our sign-up, sign-in, password reset, booking, Manage my booking and contact forms, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check in your browser that reads technical signals from it to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare receives your IP address. It is used only for security.

7.2 Usage measurement. Without your consent, PostHog counts page views, actions and errors without cookies and without storing anything on your device: each visit gets a random identifier that is discarded when you close or reload the page, and usage is not linked to you. If you accept Measurement, PostHog also links your usage inside Noliser to your user ID and records your sessions: the pages you see, clicks, scrolls and mouse movements. Text typed into form fields is masked, and so is on-screen text in Noliser's app. PostHog may then store an identifier on your device for up to 1 year.

7.3 Maps. Pages with a map load map images from CARTO directly in your browser, so CARTO receives your IP address.

08Your choices

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept, refuse or withdraw consent; refusing is as easy as accepting. Withdrawing consent stops the related tools and deletes what they stored on your device. You can also delete or block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. Without necessary cookies, Noliser can't work properly: you'll be signed out, and a time held at checkout is released.
