About Noliser

Noliser lets yacht and boat charter operators take bookings and payments directly on their own booking page, and run their business from one dashboard: boats, crew, extras and every booking from every channel.

The role

You introduce charter operators in Barcelona / Costa Brava to Noliser. You already know them, or you know how to reach the owner. When an operator you introduce signs up, you earn a share of what Noliser earns from them.

What you will do

• Find charter operators in Barcelona / Costa Brava who still take bookings by enquiry, WhatsApp or bank transfer
• Introduce Noliser to owners and managers, in person or online
• Share your referral link or code, or invite operators from your partner dashboard
• Follow up with the operators you introduce while Noliser handles demos, setup and support

Who we are looking for

• You work with, for or alongside charter operators in Barcelona / Costa Brava: as a captain, crew, marina or supplier contact, consultant or similar
• Owners know you and take your calls
• You join as a registered business: a company, or self-employed with a registration number.
• Not a fit: web agencies, fleet or charter management companies, and superyacht charter brokers

Hours and location

You set your own hours. You work in Barcelona / Costa Brava, meeting operators at their marinas and offices or online.

Main cities: Barcelona and Roses.

Experience and education

No degree required. Experience in charter, marine, tourism or hospitality helps.

How you are paid

• 20% of Noliser's revenue from each operator you introduce, for 13 months from their signup
• No cap on the number of operators or on what you earn
• Statements in your partner dashboard, paid in EUR by bank transfer
